President Obama arrives in Alaska today to join a State Department-sponsored conference on the Arctic, GLACIER (Global Leadership in the Arctic: Cooperation, Innovation, Engagement and Resilience.) Secretary of State John Kerry and several foreign ministers representing other Arctic nations also will attend.
